[The voice resonated, filling the air with an ancient echo.]
Voz Misteriosa: ¡Para probar vuestro valor, debéis responder a mis preguntas! Si falláis, el poder de la piedra permanecerá sellado.
[Mysterious Voice: To prove your worth, you must answer my questions! If you fail, the stone’s power will remain sealed.]
Maya respiró hondo. [Tenemos que concentrarnos, Pax.]
[Maya took a deep breath. We have to concentrate, Pax.]
Pax, con el spondylus brillando en su mano, asintió. [¡De una, ñaña! ¡Estamos listos!]
[Pax, with the spondylus shining in his hand, nodded. Right on, sis! We are ready!]
[La voz habló de nuevo, grave y poderosa.]
[The voice spoke again, deep and powerful.]
Voz Misteriosa: ¿Qué mito Tumpi cuenta la historia de un lugar donde se guardaba todo el conocimiento, oculto para protegerlo del mal?
[Mysterious Voice: What Tumpi myth tells the story of a place where all knowledge was kept, hidden to protect it from evil?]
Pax frunció el ceño. [Achachay, esta sí está difícil. ¡No me acuerdo de ningún mito de esos!]
[Pax frowned. Oh man, this one is hard. I don’t remember any myth like that!]
Maya se mordió el labio, pensando rápidamente. [El Taita… el Taita siempre hablaba de un lugar así. Una biblioteca secreta. ¡El Mito de la Biblioteca Secreta!]
[Maya bit her lip, thinking quickly. Grandfather… Grandfather always spoke of such a place. A secret library. The Myth of the Secret Library!]
[Pax la miró con esperanza.]
[Pax looked at her hopefully.]
Maya: [¡Voz, la respuesta es: El Mito de la Biblioteca Secreta! Se dice que los sabios Tumpi escondieron sus libros y conocimientos en cuevas profundas y laberintos intrincados para protegerlos de los invasores y aquellos que usarían el conocimiento para el mal. ¡Esta biblioteca solo podía ser encontrada por aquellos con corazones puros y una sed verdadera de saber!]
[Maya: Voice, the answer is: The Myth of the Secret Library! It is said that the Tumpi sages hid their books and knowledge in deep caves and intricate labyrinths to protect them from invaders and those who would use the knowledge for evil. This library could only be found by those with pure hearts and a true thirst for knowledge!]
[Maya explicó a Pax.]
[Maya explained to Pax.]
Maya: [¿Entiendes, Pax? La idea de ocultar el conocimiento no es para negárselo a la gente, ¡sino para protegerlo hasta que las personas estén listas para usarlo responsablemente! Es como guardar las semillas más valiosas hasta el momento adecuado para plantarlas.]
[Maya: Do you understand, Pax? The idea of hiding knowledge is not to deny it to people, but to protect it until people are ready to use it responsibly! It’s like saving the most valuable seeds until the right time to plant them.]
[La voz guardó silencio por un momento, antes de hablar de nuevo, aunque esta vez, con un tono diferente.]
[The voice was silent for a moment, before speaking again, though this time, with a different tone.]
Voz Misteriosa: [Correcto… Habéis demostrado que conocéis las historias de vuestros antepasados. Pero aún hay más pruebas por venir.]
[Mysterious Voice: Correct… You have proven that you know the stories of your ancestors. But there are still more tests to come.]
[El spondylus brilló con más intensidad.]
[The spondylus shone brighter.]
Pax: [¡Chévere! ¡Estamos avanzando, ñaña! ¿Qué será lo próximo?]
[Pax: Cool! We are moving forward, sis! What will be next?]
