I don’t remember how this book came into our lives, but this one has been a special one for a few reasons. It outlines the process through which little Sophie finds herself getting quite angry, expressing that anger, and then what she does to cool down. The text is elegantly simple but quite fun to read and act out, the illustrations are vibrant and beautiful, and the message of finding ways to experience and release our anger is very useful.
